Perth Scorchers Beat Melbourne Renegades by 9 Wickets — Mooney and Devine Finish It With 39 Balls Left
Renegades were 20 for 4 before Georgia Wareham's 62 and Nicole Faltum's 48 got them to 136 for 6. Beth Mooney's 58 not out and Sophie Devine's 47 not out made it look far too small.

A Fine Rescue That Was Not Enough
Ainsworth, Sana and King took the top four inside six overs, and at 20 for 4 the Renegades were in danger of a very short afternoon. Faltum and Wareham added 109 for the fifth wicket, Wareham's 62 off 39 the innings of real quality, and they deserve credit for getting a total at all.
Mooney and Devine, Unhurried
Tayla Vlaeminck bowled Katie Mack at 14, and that was the last moment of doubt. Mooney and Devine added an unbroken 124, and the game was over before the 14th over was. Devine, who had also taken Wareham's wicket, had quite a day.
