1. About CricIntel
CricIntel (“the Platform”) is a cricket analytics and pre-match intelligence platform that provides data-driven match previews, statistical analysis, player form insights, and probabilistic match predictions for the Indian Premier League (IPL) and other cricket tournaments.
Important Disclaimer
CricIntel is NOT a gambling, betting, or wagering platform. We do not facilitate, promote, or endorse any form of sports betting or gambling activity. Our analysis and predictions are intended purely for informational, educational, and fantasy sports purposes. CricIntel does not accept bets, process wagers, or provide odds for real-money gambling.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CricIntel, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use CricIntel. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Use of Service
CricIntel provides the following services:
- Free editorial match previews and analysis
- Statistical data on pitch conditions, weather, player form, and venue history
- ML-powered match prediction reports (Pro subscription)
- Fantasy cricket team recommendations (Dream XI picks)
- IPL squad information and player data
All predictions, recommendations, and analysis are generated using statistical models and machine learning algorithms. They are probabilistic estimates, not guaranteed outcomes. Cricket is inherently unpredictable, and our models reflect the best available data — not certainty.
5. Fantasy Sports Disclaimer
CricIntel provides Dream XI recommendations and player analysis to assist users in making informed decisions for fantasy cricket platforms (such as Dream11, MPL, etc.). These are third-party platforms not affiliated with CricIntel. We do not guarantee any financial outcome from using our recommendations on fantasy sports platforms.
Fantasy cricket involves financial risk. Users are solely responsible for their decisions on third-party platforms. CricIntel is not liable for any losses incurred.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
CricIntel offers free and paid (Pro) subscription tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe or Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable subscription fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on CricIntel — including editorial previews, analysis, prediction models, UI design, and code — is the intellectual property of CricIntel. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to reverse-engineer our prediction models.
9. Limitation of Liability
CricIntel is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform or reliance on our predictions and analysis.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
